My under 16 oyster card is lost and i don't want to spend �5 or �10 to get a new 1. I am planning to spend that �5 or �10 for over 16 oyster card instead. My B-Day is on October 13 and i'm wondering if i can apply for over 16 oyster card on 1st September 2009.
