I can't decide, Sadie or Emerald?

Just like the question said :) I'm having trouble deciding on either or. People keep saying Sadie sounded like a dog or horse name...and Emerald is very ancient sounding. So what do you guys think? Is one better than the other? Or can you come up with suggestions of names similar to these? Thanks a bunch :)
