Is MT ST Helens waking up again? (More info.)?

Seismograms at a href="http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/Quakes/quakes_all.html" rel="nofollow"http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/r…/a recently show that MT ST Helens has been experiencing seismic activity. Should we be worried?
