Help with new case/tower HELP?

its the first time putting together a computer i have put every thing together and it will not turn on not even the fans dont work and they'er not even connected to motherboard straight to power supply and back to motherboard it nf4-a9a 1.2 version and RAIDMAX Quantum ATX-798WB Black SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case nothing seems to be working dont know if i should return it help please
