PSAT (2006) math problem.?

If they meet on the third Sunday of each month , then they can only meet in the first 21 days because 3times7 gives you the third week so, it probably the 21st or 22nd depending on how many days was in the previous month. Something to like that...its a thinking question i know for sure.
