The sri lanka government ignore me, they break may humen rights also, from where can get help for to me live?

i could not get any help from any one,even government also,i used to stay at a temple.i had taken every effot for bulid my life better.but now i realized i cant do that along.i triyed best!. now my age is 33, i quite my life,there no my fathers name in my birth certificate.thatswhy i cant apply for any donation forms? i have no house to live heare. can i get any help to slove this probelem. thanks,
