This would not be jihad. These verses from the Bilble mean that during that time God would "smite" people for their wrong doings. It has nothing to do with other people doing it. Especially not Christians because there were no Christians at that time as all of your verses are from the Old Testament. The offenses would be done to the Isrealites.
