Can these kind of grades/scores get me into a good college?!?

You constantly have a GPA over 4.0 but you're only in the top 50% of your cl? That's grade inflation for you - colleges will be pretty suspicious to see that. If you do well on the AP tests, that will help a lot, but really, it looks like your high school is way too generous with the A's. Show them you really earned them with great AP test scores.
