Do i have an alergy to gluten?

im a 13yr old girl. well, for the past 5 months i have been clearing my throat out for like 30 min every night. but in the past month, ive started doing it in the daytime to. now i have wheezing and liquid constantly in my throat. i went to several doctors. the first 1 said mild bronchitis and didn't give me any meds. but when my chest x-rays came back, the radiologist said they didn't see anything. then my pediatrician said it was nothing to worry about. then yesterday, i went to the urgent care, they said it was being caused by my stomach, not my lungs or sinuses. (my mom works at a country club so this girls not a Professional or anything) then, a girl at my moms work said that it could be a food Allergy. she said maybe gluten. and i eat bagels every morning basically. oh also, i'm horribly lactose intolerant, i throw up if i eat lactose. but if i eat ice cream or something, i take a lactaid pill which is supposed to aid in digestion of lactose and it does. but the girl at her work said that you can still get allergy's even if you take a pill to help with digestion. I know that someone already answered this question before, but i would like a little more urance
