I feel really really bad please help!!?

I drew a pic of a fat guy in my cl (i know i shouldn't have so please spare me the lecture) i feel really bd cuz he found it in the trash and blames iit on my other friend i told my other friend i did it and he overheard and told my teacher, what should i do? should i email her? tell her tommorow?? shes gonna killlllll mmeee!
