I have been diagnosed as "bipolar". Help?
Don't worry, I have bipolar disorder too. One thing that really helps, as in really helps, is to have a friend(that you completely trust) where you confide EVERYTHING to, and I do mean EVERYTHING. It really comforts you to know that you have someone to talk to, and have a shoulder to lean on. Also, whenever you're feeling down, take a shower. It really helps to cool your emotions down and let yourself do some rational thinking, you will feel loads better after it. And sometimes, you could just sing, where no one listens, I do it cause I enjoy it, but it isn't really necessary. And trust me, everytime you think of suicide, hurting yourself and etc. It isn't worth it, don't throw away the life that other people are dying for.
