I told my husband what his perverted friend did and he just laughed?

My husband has a friend visiting from New Zealand. They grew up next to each other. He is actually helping his dad with the family farm still. So I was excited for him when he got to come down to the states for a visit because we rarely have friends visit us in the states. I did not know this guy well but he is a friend of my husbands so I tried to be a nice as I possibly could. One night when my husband was working late at the University grading midterms I was in the shower in my room. I walked out to get dressed for bed. Something caught my eye at the window. His friend was standing in the shrubs looking into the window. I am not sure because I couldn't see well but I believe he had his pants off. When I walked to the window to ask him what the hell he was doing but he ran off. I locked my door and waited till my husband came home. I told him straight away when he came to the bedroom. He laughed and said he probably just got lost or something. In my shrubs? That just happened to be next to our bedroom window? While I just happen to be in the shower? I am angry but more so at my husband. Am I mad or do I have every right to be angry?
