Isolation of Phosphoric Acid?

Does anyone know how to isolate phosphoric acid from coca cola? I want to use some as a catalyst for turning polyethene carrier bags to ethene by cracking, and then react it with water to make ethanol. But I want to make it in very small quantities as a small experiment. Ideas?
