Looking for the recipe for Irish blue cheese fondue?

It use to be on the Martha Stewart website but not anymore and she never answers my emails , so this is my last resort. A web search lead to just the standard fondue recipes. So Martha fans help me out please, it was a St. Patrick's Day feature food item.
