Very strange experience?

sounds like severe dehydration. if you,re not getting 64 oz. of water a day; on top of whatever else you drink......... you,re dehydrated. coffee/tea/soda/energy drinks are all diuretics. they make your body shed too much liquid; e.g., you pee to much, and dehydrate. drink that water! if it,s hot, add gatorade, or a sports drink that adds electrolytes. i do this on warm day bike rides.
