Where can you recycle gl/plastics? Is there any places that pay near Columbia, PA for such recyclables?

We are looking to recycle our plastic containers and our gl bottles and want a place to take them within 1 hour of Columbia, PA. We would prefer a place that pays for recycled goods to make up for the gas getting them there and to conserve on gas, but that's not necessary. The closer the facility is to Columbia the better.
